Bookings

All bookings are subject to host confirmation and the property-specific cancellation policy displayed at checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay or PayU. We do not store your full card or bank details.

Conduct

Guests must follow each property's house rules. Damage or anti-social conduct may result in additional charges or denial of stay.

Liability

The Vacay Homes acts as a marketplace. While we vet properties carefully, we are not liable for the actions of independent hosts or third parties.
